Jayhawk Capital Management, LLC is an investment manager founded in 1995 and registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Advisor in 2004. We manage several investment funds with a variety of strategies, mostly focused on China. Our funds seek to maximize after-tax returns and each fund invests opportunistically with value based parameters. We welcome inquiries about our past returns and style of investing.
